Registered users of any of the purchased software get subsequent upgrades for free.
Some common issues to read before contacting support:

Problem: Launching any of the software prompts me to download the Microsoft .NET 4.0 framework.
Solution: You need the framework, which can be downloaded here.

Problem: PerfPRO Studio is not detecting my ANT+ stick.
Solution: Make sure you are not running any other software that may be using your ANT Stick, such as Garmin's ANT Agent. If so, shut the other software down then restart PerfPRO Studio.

Problem: PerfPRO Studio is not picking up my COM ports.
Solution: This is most likely hardware related or a problem with your serial-to-usb drivers. The same problem most likely exists for all CompuTrainer related software on your
system. Contact RacerMate or visit their forum if
it is hardware related. You can also go to the FTDI site to download the latest serial-to-usb drivers. If you are
using any Prolific serial-to-USB adapters then make the switch over to FTDI and save yourself a lot of headaches.
