I can't seem to get my Sufferfest videos or other .MP4 video files to play on my Windows Vista box. Any suggestions?
Microsoft Windows Media Player
must be installed on your machine (and usually already is) to do video workouts within PerfPRO Studio. If your operating system is Windows Vista and you plan to run .MP4 files then download the open source video player, MPC-HC, as an alternative player. Go into Studio's Video Player options to select this player.
The MPC-HC player utilizes your computer's GPU (graphics processor) and takes the stress off of your CPU. Selecting this option opens documentation on how to get MPC-HC installed on your machine. Those running Windows 10 may find this a better option as well.
