A few questions

A few questions
1) When I import a performance file (in my case a Coaching Software generated text file), can the date and time of the workout be obtained from the file name rather than the date/time stamp on the file? Sometimes I do bulk exports at the end of the week.

2) I do my 15min warm up in CS and then my workout in MR - can I combine the two files into one workout?

3) If I cut my workout short but continue to let MR run to the end is there a way I can edit the file to delete the tail end portion that contains to power data?

Thanks so much - I really like the looks of this product!

RE: A few questions
Hi Rob,
The next release, due sometime within the next week or so, better addresses the date stamps for these exported files by using the filename. If PerfPRO can't determine the date from the name then it'll use date/time of the file itself. That should give you some better results.

As far as combing, you'll need to log both files and look at them both with the summary for a grand total. There's nothing on the books to combine performance files at this time.

For #3, email me an MR file (drew@perfprolog.com) where the time just sits and I'll take a look at how this data can be ignored.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,
Drew.

RE: A few questions
Is there any way to edit the date stamp of imported performance files when PerfPRO hasn't been able to determine a date ?

I've just imported a batch of old Computrainer .txt files exported from Coaching Software 1.6, but they've all been given their export date in PerfPRO.

RE: A few questions
What format should the date in the filename be to give PerfPro the best chance of working out the correct date stamp ?
