Workout & Course Library
With PerfPRO Studio's Workout and Course Library it's easy to find workouts that match your current training plan as well as courses that match the type of ride you want to do that day. Using the various tabs within the workout library you can select whatever type of workouts you want to do. This includes FTP% based workouts, wattage (ERG) based workouts, gradient % workouts, past performances, video workouts. Checkout the
section for more information on these various workout types.
Just some of the things you can do with the Workout/Course library:
Add/Edit/Remove/Select workouts and courses easily. Clicking on a workout profile opens the
. For courses, clicking on a course profile opens PerfPRO Analyzer's course analyzer. From there you can completely analyze the terrain of a course, it's steepest sections, and use the course editor to make any changes.
Associate any workout file with any video file. This built-in functionality allows you to create your own video workouts.

Select past performances to ride as an FTP% workout OR ride it as a course with a Pacer. For FTP% workouts, and this is pretty cool, the wattage numbers found in the performance file are converted to FTP percentage numbers based on the rider's FTP at the time the performance file was recorded. All athletes can then ride the same performance at an effort based on their own FTP. Past performance files such as road races, criterions, triathlons, etc. can make group riding pretty exciting. You get to feel what the athlete felt during the race. Their pain is now your pain!
Mark workouts and courses as favorites so it's easy to get to them later.
Import workout and course files into your library quickly. You can import nearly any
course/performance file type
in the library so it's easer to get too later. This allows for better searching of the files and more details of each workout.
Detailed searching of courses within the Course library. If you've used PerfPRO Analyzer you'll see the search functionality is nearly identical. This makes it very easy to drill down and find a course that matches the kind of terrain you need for the day.
For FTP percentage based workouts, the workout library can show the amount of stress (TSS) you can expect if you should complete the entire workout. With that, the workout library determines a difficulty level so you find the harder or easier workouts quicker.
