Data differences
Hi:

I am testing the software and I like it a lot. I am using to record data from my Garmin Edge 705 for outdoors and my Computrainer Pro for indoor. A question:

Does this software record actual moving time? What I mean is that during a ride sometime one stops for any reason. I'd like to see the total time and the actual moving time. I also have Ascent for my Mac which records both ( I want to move to one software only to be able to record both Garmin and Computrainer)

RE: Data differences
Hello,
For the Garmin TCX files from 705, PerfPRO records only the time moving. I've gone back and forth with adding total time along with actual time. I've found in most cases people just want actual time since on many occasions people simply forget to stop the timer. With that said, I will revisit having total time as an extra statistic to see. Other stats like average speed will remain based off of moving time to give a more accurate value.

Version 4 will be available within the next couple weeks, which has a lot of new updates. I'll see what I can do to see if what you're asking can make it into that release.

Thanks for the note,
Drew.

Drew:

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. As long as all teh data is based on time moving, I don't need total time. I've been playing with the software for only one day and find it excellent so far.
